A New Era of Dining & Entertainment in South Park, Introducing The Gallery
South Park Neighborhood Association is very excited to welcome The Gallery, a groundbreaking dining and entertainment destination redefining immersive experiences. Located at 330 W. Olympic Blvd. at the corner of Olive, The Gallery is more than just a restaurant—it’s an artful fusion of cuisine, music, and cutting-edge visuals designed to transport guests into a world of sensory delight.
At the heart of The Gallery is Elementa, a two-hour, five-course culinary journey that explores the five classical elements: Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Ether. Each course is paired with stunning visual effects, a dramatic musical score, and optional wine pairings or handcrafted cocktails, all curated by Culinary Director Joshua Whigham.
Guiding diners through this multi-sensory spectacle is The Curator, an enigmatic master of sights, sounds, and tastes. As guests indulge in each course, the restaurant itself transforms—tabletops, walls, and even windows come to life with breathtaking projections, synchronized to the elegant compositions of Claude Debussy.
For those seeking a more relaxed yet equally sophisticated experience, The Horizon Loungeoffers an elevated cocktail bar with masterfully crafted drinks and a dynamic 3D cityscape that shifts with ambient lighting and digital vignettes.
Created by immersive entertainment visionaries Daren Ulmer and his team at Allureum and Mousetrappe Media, The Gallery also serves as a feeder room to The Gallery Theater, where food and entertainment merge into a singular experience.
The Gallery is open Wednesday–Thursday from 5–10 PM, Friday–Saturday from 5 PM–Midnight, and Sunday from 5–10 PM.
I was fortunate to participate at a “friends and family” tasting at The Horizon bar as well as a rehearsal dinner experience at Elementa. It was so much fun. The food and drinks were all amazing! This is a wonderful addition to our neighborhood. Elementa should serve as a destination for outsiders to come to The Social District as well as a destination for downtowners to hang out at the trendy Horizonbar.
Reservations are highly recommended. Come experience the art of dining like never before.
