Broadway Night Lights Returns Saturday, October 12th

Broadway Night Lights will transform Broadway Street, from 3rd to 8th Street, into a vibrant festival. Originally launched in 2015, "Night on Broadway" was a cultural festival that grew in popularity each year, drawing approximately 250,000 attendees by 2018. This revival is expected to attract around 75,000 attendees.

The event is free and open to the public.

 

Event Highlights

·      Two music stages with a variety of music - salsa, mariachi, rock, pop, and more.

·      Historic Broadway Theaters - performances, variety of shows, cultural presentations, and guided tours.

·      Art Installations - public art and immersive experiences throughout the event area as well a interactive installations and glow-in-the-dark painting sessions for all ages.

·      Food Booths/Trucks - offering a variety of culinary options to cater to all tastes.

·      Ferris Wheel - A seven-story ferris wheel providing unique views of the city.

·      Lucha Libre Stage - Exciting wrestling performances with high-flying action.

·      Classic Car Show - Displaying beautifully restored and maintained vintage cars.

  • Kid zones, interactive exhibits, and games.

  • Pop-Up Markets - featuring local artisans, craft vendors, and unique products.

  • Street Performers - magicians, jugglers, and buskers entertaining the crowds.

 

The return of the Broadway celebration is brought to you by the Fashion Business Improvement District and Council District 14 Councilmember Kevin de León.
