WHY We (South Park, DTLA) Need Your Vote

·      Did you know – there are more residents in downtown LA than Eagle Rock or Boyle Heights or El Sereno or Santa Monica? Downtown has 95,880 residents – up from 18,700 in 1999. And downtown is still growing.

·      Did you know that South Park has more proposed residential buildings (12) and hotels (10) than any other neighborhood in downtown?

·      Did you know that 92% of downtown residents rent and it is this “transitory nature that limits the community’s polling day power.” The East Sider Newsletter

To get services for South Park, we need residents to VOTE. Voting is our SuperPower. We need you to vote so our voices are heard and our issues addressed and our problems solved.  

If you are not registered to vote, do so. If you are registered to vote, make sure you are registered at your current address to be able to vote on your current elected officials. See flyer for QR code or link to register, change your address, or check on your voting status.
