An Extrasensory Experience, New Lifestyle Store in South Park

“Lifestyle changes your life” is the motto for a new store in South Park, 6IXTH SENSE LA on Olive between Pico and 14th street located next to the fire station and across from the Emerald residential building. DJ Lee, co-founder, said a small object can change your space and create a new lifestyle for the owner.

The store provides a sensory experience.  It is bright with multiple colors; a range of furniture items, home objects, clothes, and wall decorations; and coffee. It is full of trendy items from Korea, France, Italy, Turkey, Japan, Portugal, and the East Coast. The objects help you create your lifestyle and comprise a wide range of items, prices, and aesthetics. A stroll through the store starts your mind thinking about what you can do to create your own lifestyle. I enjoyed my tour with a complimentary iced coffee latte which heightened the experience!

6IXTH SENSE LA was founded in April 2016. In addition to the newly opened South Park shop, the owners have a coffee shop in Koreatown on 6th Street and a newly opened coffee shop at 888 Grand Hope Park at the corner of Hope and 9th Street. They will be opening another lifestyle shop in Silver Lake. DJ’s co-owner is Andy Kim and Jules Lee is the director of buying and sales. Both DJ and Jules live in South Park.

Advice from the three: “Make a lifestyle for yourself . We all live and have different styles. Each lifestyle is unique and represents each one of us. Lifestyle is the other way to express yourself. We believe that better lifestyle will bring better life. Our mission is to help make your place precious by providing you with unique furniture and home decors. We value your space and how it impacts your lifestyle.” Stop by and experience 6IXTH SENSE LA. https://6ixthsensela.com/  The store is open 11 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Saturday and 12 pm to 6 pm on Sunday.
