Be Good to Your Heart, What a Cardiologist Says

Listen to a cardiologist. Tuesday, February 11, from 6-7 pm at Ten50 (1050 S. Grand, corner of 11th and Grand), Dr. Marc Girsky, a cardiologist at Dignity Health California Medical Center and a South Park resident, will talk about heart health and answer all your questions. RSVP with your name and number attending – spnadtla@gmail.com.

If you did a January Cleanse this year, the reason was for better health – physical, mental, social. Live long and healthy is a common goal we all have. The heart is an organ you cannot live without. A healthy heart means a healthier you!

February is American Heart month. Learn how to take care of your heart. Did you know:

·      In the U.S., someone dies of cardiovascular disease every 34 seconds.

·      Nearly 2,500 people in the U.S. die from cardiovascular disease every day.

·      Heart attacks and strokes kill more people than all cancers and accidental deaths.

·      Heart disease continues to be the leading cause of death worldwide, and there has been a 17.1% increase over the past decade.

RSVP – spnadtla@gmail.com  to talk with a cardiologist. Start compiling your list of questions.
