First Sunday in South Park at the art room

First Sunday is DTLA’s rotating community brunch. First Sunday is a gathering of residents, friends, stakeholders at a DTLA restaurant – highlighting new restaurants and old favorites. Bringing people together to share in the best of Downtown LA.

The next First Sunday is August 4, from noon to 4 pm at South Park’s the art room on Olive between Olympic and 9th.

Downtown LA became DTLA in large part due to the cultural phenomenon of Art Walk. What was once a place most people fled when it turned dark became one of the most vibrant, diverse, and exciting cultural centers in the city.    

August 4th we celebrate that cultural heritage by bringing the downtown community to @theartroomdtla. Part art gallery, part restaurant, part bar, and part coffee shop. The art room is a quintessential DTLA gathering place.
