Get Caffeinated! Four New Coffee Shops in South Park

You’ll soon have more choices as to where you source your morning cup of Joe in the neighborhood - from uptown and hard edged to relaxed and kicked back.  All offer more than just coffee!

Bluestone Lane just opened in the exciting new Moxy/AC Marriott Hotel on the corner of Pico and Figueroa.  High-tech style and a luxurious lounge for sipping are the big draws here. Beside premium coffee selections, Bluestone will offer Avocado Toast, Salmon Toast, and lots more.

Ideology Coffee is opening soon on 12th and Hope Street next to the King Cigar Room.  The shop is family-owned and currently in Glendale and Sherman Oaks serving craft coffee along with sandwiches, toasts, bagels, pastries.   Plus they have vegan, GF, sugar-free options.

Awesome Coffee

Awesome Coffee is now under construction at the corner of 12th and Grand in the G12 Apartments building with an expected opening early this summer.  Jorge, the owner, wanted to create a safe and friendly space where people could come together and take a break from their hectic lives and enjoy great coffee along with bakery items, sandwiches, salads, and lots of other awesome drinks - shakes, teas, and floats.

And finally, Muffins Can Stop Us is coming August 15 to the Corner of 12th and Hope in the Hope+Flower Apartments building just steps away from the Pico Metro Station.  With a focus on breakfast favorites served on a toasted English muffin, the menu at Muffins Can Stop Us promises to be both creative and delicious. Try mouth-watering options like the Americano, Mother Muffin Salmon, and Dream Come True on your virtual taste buds and you can visualize their tasty fare! In addition to the food, we can’t wait to check out the Espresso Bar. The specialty coffees sound particularly intriguing, with options like the popular Vaccino, Horchata, and Cubano.
